CVSS v3.1 |
| A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in SAFECAM X300 up to 20250611. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the component FTP Service. The manipulation leads to use of default credentials. Access to the local network is required for this attack to succeed. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A vulnerability was identified in TRENDnet TI-G160i, TI-PG102i and TPL-430AP up to 20250724. This affects an unknown part of the component SSH Service. The manipulation leads to use of default credentials. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The real existence of this vulnerability is still doubted at the moment. The vendor explains: "For product TI-PG102i and TI-G160i, by default, the product's remote management options are all disabled. The root account is for troubleshooting purpose and the password is encrypted. However, we will remove the root account from the next firmware release. For product TPL-430AP, the initial setup process requires user to set the password for the management GUI. Once that was done, the default password will be invalid." |
| A vulnerability was found in IROAD Dash Cam X5 up to 20250203. It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects some unknown processing of the component SSID. The manipulation leads to use of default credentials. The attack needs to be initiated within the local network. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitation is known to be difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A vulnerability was found in China Mobile P22g-CIac, ZXWT-MIG-P4G4V, ZXWT-MIG-P8G8V, GT3200-4G4P and GT3200-8G8P up to 20250305. It has been rated as critical. This issue affects some unknown processing of the component CLI su Command Handler. The manipulation leads to use of default credentials. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in Sony SNC-M1, SNC-M3, SNC-RZ25N, SNC-RZ30N, SNC-DS10, SNC-CS3N and SNC-RX570N up to 1.30. This affects an unknown part of the component Administrative Interface. The manipulation leads to use of default credentials. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitability is told to be difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The real existence of this vulnerability is still doubted at the moment. It is recommended to change the configuration settings. The vendor was contacted early about this issue. They confirmed the existence but pointed out that they "have published the 'Hardening Guide' on the Web from July 2018 to January 2025 and have thoroughly informed customers of the recommendation to change their initial passwords". |
| CWE-1392: Use of Default Credentials |
| Control-M/Agents use a kdb or PKCS#12 keystore by default, and the default keystore password is well known and documented.
An attacker with read access to the keystore could access sensitive data using this password. |
| A vulnerability in the Eclipse Vert.x toolkit causes a memory leak in TCP servers configured with TLS and SNI support. When processing an unknown SNI server name assigned the default certificate instead of a mapped certificate, the SSL context is erroneously cached in the server name map, leading to memory exhaustion. This flaw allows attackers to send TLS client hello messages with fake server names, triggering a JVM out-of-memory error. |
| IO-1020 Micro ELD uses a default WIFI password that could allow an adjacent attacker to connect to the device.
|
| IO-1020 Micro ELD web server uses a default password for authentication.
|
| Use of Default Cryptographic Key in the hardware for some Intel(R) Pentium(R) Processor Silver Series, Intel(R) Celeron(R) Processor J Series, Intel(R) Celeron(R) Processor N Series may allow an escalation of privilege. Hardware reverse engineer adversary with a privileged user combined with a high complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via physical access when attack requirements are present with special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (none) and availability (none) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (none) impacts. |
| Ilevia EVE X1 Server firmware versions ≤ 4.7.18.0.eden contain a use of default credentials vulnerability that allows an unauthenticated attacker to obtain remote access. Ilevia has declined to service this vulnerability, and recommends that customers not expose port 8080 to the internet. |
| Use of Default Credentials, Hard-coded Credentials vulnerability in C2SGlobalSettings.dll in
Milner ImageDirector Capture on Windows allows decryption of document archive files using credentials decrypted with hard-coded application encryption key.
This issue affects ImageDirector Capture: from 7.0.9.0 before 7.6.3.25808. |
| Multiple services of the DUT as well as different scopes of the same service reuse the same credentials. |
| Microhard Systems IPn4G 1.1.0 contains hardcoded default credentials that cannot be changed through normal gateway operations. Attackers can exploit these default credentials to gain unauthorized root-level access to the device by logging in with predefined username and password combinations. |
| PTZOptics and possibly other ValueHD-based pan-tilt-zoom cameras use default, shared credentials for the administrative web interface. |
| Default credential in install package in ABB ASPECT; NEXUS Series; MATRIX Series version 3.07 allows attacker to login to product instances wrongly configured. |
| Airship AI Acropolis includes a default administrative account that uses the same credentials on every installation. Instances of Airship AI that do not change this account password are vulnerable to a remote attacker logging in and gaining the privileges of this account. Fixed in 10.2.35, 11.0.21, and 11.1.9. |
| The Thermo Fisher Torrent Suite Django application 5.18.1 has weak default credentials, which are stored as fixtures for the Django ORM API. The ionadmin user account can be used to authenticate to default deployments with the password ionadmin. The user guide recommends changing default credentials; however, a password change policy for default administrative accounts is not enforced. Many deployments may retain default credentials, in which case an attacker is likely to be able to successfully authenticate with administrative privileges. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in SIMATIC CN 4100 (All versions < V2.7). The "intermediate installation" system state of the affected application uses default credential with admin privileges. An attacker could use the credentials to gain complete control of the affected device. |
