CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
LoongArch: KVM: Fix kvm_device leak in kvm_pch_pic_destroy()
In kvm_ioctl_create_device(), kvm_device has allocated memory,
kvm_device->destroy() seems to be supposed to free its kvm_device
struct, but kvm_pch_pic_destroy() is not currently doing this, that
would lead to a memory leak.
So, fix it. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfilter: ipset: drop logically empty buckets in mtype_del
mtype_del() counts empty slots below n->pos in k, but it only drops the
bucket when both n->pos and k are zero. This misses buckets whose live
entries have all been removed while n->pos still points past deleted slots.
Treat a bucket as empty when all positions below n->pos are unused and
release it directly instead of shrinking it further. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
fou: Don't allow 0 for FOU_ATTR_IPPROTO.
fou_udp_recv() has the same problem mentioned in the previous
patch.
If FOU_ATTR_IPPROTO is set to 0, skb is not freed by
fou_udp_recv() nor "resubmit"-ted in ip_protocol_deliver_rcu().
Let's forbid 0 for FOU_ATTR_IPPROTO. |
| Ray is an AI compute engine. In versions 2.53.0 and below, thedashboard HTTP server blocks browser-origin POST/PUT but does not cover DELETE, and key DELETE endpoints are unauthenticated by default. If the dashboard/agent is reachable (e.g., --dashboard-host=0.0.0.0), a web page via DNS rebinding or same-network access can issue DELETE requests that shut down Serve or delete jobs without user interaction. This is a drive-by availability impact. The fix for this vulnerability is to update to Ray 2.54.0 or higher. |
| Multiple Cisco products are affected by a vulnerability in the Snort 3 Detection Engine that could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause the Snort 3 Detection Engine to restart, resulting in an interruption of packet inspection.
This vulnerability is due to incomplete parsing of the SSL handshake ingress packets. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted SSL handshake packets. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition when the Snort 3 Detection Engine restarts unexpectedly. |
| nsHTMLContentSink.cpp in Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird 1.x before 1.5 and 1.0.x before 1.0.8, Mozilla Suite before 1.7.13, and SeaMonkey before 1.0 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code via unknown vectors involving a "particular sequence of HTML tags" that leads to memory corruption. |
| A vulnerability exists in Copeland XWEB Pro version 1.12.1 and prior, in
which an unexpected return value from the authentication routine is
later on processed as a legitimate value, resulting in an authentication
bypass. |
| Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0, and Terminal Server systems allow a remote attacker to cause a denial of service by sending a large number of identical fragmented IP packets, aka jolt2 or the "IP Fragment Reassembly" vulnerability. |
| fetchmail before 6.3.1 and before 6.2.5.5, when configured for multidrop mode, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) by sending messages without headers from upstream mail servers. |
| Typsoft FTP Server 1.11, with "Sub Directory Include" enabled, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) by sending multiple RETR commands. NOTE: it was later reported that 1.10 is also affected. |
| The HFS and HFS+ (hfsplus) modules in Linux 2.6 allow attackers to cause a denial of service (oops) by using hfsplus to mount a filesystem that is not hfsplus. |
| Multiple "memory alignment errors" in libgadu, as used in ekg before 1.6rc2, Gaim before 1.5.0, and other packages, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (bus error) on certain architectures such as SPARC via an incoming message. |
| The SIOCGIFCONF ioctl (ifconf function) in FreeBSD 4.x through 4.11 and 5.x through 5.4 does not properly clear a buffer before using it, which allows local users to obtain portions of sensitive kernel memory. |
| Netfilter in the Linux kernel 2.6.8.1 allows local users to cause a denial of service (memory consumption) via certain packet fragments that are reassembled twice, which causes a data structure to be allocated twice. |
| Ipswitch WS_FTP Server 4.0.2 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (disk consumption) and bypass file size restrictions via a REST command with a large size argument, followed by a STOR of a smaller file. |
| Cisco voice products, when running the IBM Director Agent on IBM servers before OS 2000.2.6, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (CPU consumption) via arbitrary packets to TCP port 14247, as demonstrated using port scanning. |
| The asn_parse_header function (asn1.c) in the SNMP module for Squid Web Proxy Cache before 2.4.STABLE7 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (server restart) via certain SNMP packets with negative length fields that trigger a memory allocation error. |
| IBM SecureWay Firewall before 4.2.2 performs extra processing before determining that a packet is invalid and dropping it, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (resource exhaustion) via a flood of malformed TCP packets without any flags set. |
| The Linux kernel 2.6.17.10 and 2.6.17.11 and 2.6.18-rc5 allows local users to cause a denial of service (crash) via an SCTP socket with a certain SO_LINGER value, possibly related to the patch for CVE-2006-3745. NOTE: older kernel versions for specific Linux distributions are also affected, due to backporting of the CVE-2006-3745 patch. |
| The (1) ZD_MissingPlayer, (2) ZD_UseItem, and (3) ZD_LoadNewClientLevel functions in sv_main.cpp for (a) Zdaemon 1.08.01 and (b) X-Doom allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via an invalid player slot or item number, which causes an invalid memory access, possibly due to an invalid array index. |
