CVSS v3.1 |
Incorrect Default Permissions for some Intel(R) RealSense™ SDK software before version 2.56.2 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability was discovered in Open Design Alliance CDE inWEB SDK before 2025.3. Installing CDE Server with default settings allows unauthorized users to visit prometheus metrics page. This can allow attackers to understand more things about the target application which may help in further investigation and exploitation.
An issue was discovered on Epson Expression Home XP255 20.08.FM10I8 devices. By default, the device comes (and functions) without a password. The user is at no point prompted to set up a password on the device (leaving a number of devices without a password). In this case, anyone connecting to the web admin panel is capable of becoming admin without using any credentials.
The default mode of pseudo terminals (PTYs) allocated by Screen was changed from 0620 to 0622, thereby allowing anyone to write to any Screen PTYs in the system.
Incorrect default permissions in some firmware for the Intel(R) Arc(TM) B-series GPUs within Ring 1: Device Drivers may allow an escalation of privilege. System software adversary with a privileged user combined with a low complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are not present with special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts.
COMFAST CF-WR630AX v2.7.0.2 was discovered to contain a hardcoded password vulnerability in /etc/shadow, which allows attackers to log in as root.
MongoDB Connector for BI installation via MSI on Windows leaves ACLs unset on custom install directories allows Privilege Escalation. This issue affects MongoDB Connector for BI: from 2.0.0 through 2.14.24.
Keyfactor Command before 12.5.0 has Incorrect Access Control: access tokens are over permissioned, aka 64099. The fixed versions are 11.5.1.1, 11.5.2.1, 11.5.3.1, 11.5.4.5, 11.5.6.1, 11.6.0, 12.2.0.1, 12.3.0.1, 12.4.0.1, 12.5.0, and 24.4.0.
Windows permissions for ASPECT configuration toolsets are not fully secured allow-ing exposure of configuration informationThis issue affects ASPECT-Enterprise: through 3.*; NEXUS Series: through 3.*; MATRIX Series: through 3.*.
The Mac App Store distribution of the Canva for Mac desktop app before 1.117.1 was built without Hardened Runtime. A local threat actor with unprivileged access could execute arbitrary code that inherits the TCC (Transparency, Consent, and Control) permissions assigned to Canva.
NVIDIA Project G-Assist contains a vulnerability where an attacker might be able to escalate permissions. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, escalation of privileges, data tampering, denial of service, and information disclosure.
Incorrect default permissions issue exists in Unifier and Unifier Cast. If this vulnerability is exploited, arbitrary code may be executed with LocalSystem privilege. As a result, a malicious program may be installed, data may be altered or deleted.
Incorrect default permissions for some Intel(R) DSA installer for Windows before version 24.2.19.5 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
The NetCloud Exchange client for Windows, version 1.110.50, contains an insecure file and folder permissions vulnerability. A normal (non-admin) user could exploit the weakness in file and folder permissions to escalate privileges, execute arbitrary code and maintain persistence on the compromised machine. It has been identified that full control permissions exist on the ‘Everyone’ group (i.e. any user who has local access to the operating system regardless of their privileges).
The seffaflik thru 0.0.9 is vulnerable to symlink attacks due to incorrect default permissions given to the .kimlik file and .seffaflik file, which is created with mode 0777 and 0775 respectively, exposing secrets to other local users. Additionally, the .kimlik file is written without symlink checks, allowing local attackers to overwrite arbitrary files. This can result in information disclosure and denial of service.
Kaminari is a paginator for web app frameworks and object relational mappings. A security vulnerability involving insecure file permissions has been identified in the Kaminari pagination library for Ruby on Rails, concerning insecure file permissions. This vulnerability is of moderate severity due to the potential for unauthorized write access to particular Ruby files managed by the library. Such access could lead to the alteration of application behavior or data integrity issues. Users of affected versions are advised to update to Kaminari version 0.16.2 or later, where file permissions have been adjusted to enhance security. If upgrading is not feasible immediately, review and adjust the file permissions for particular Ruby files in Kaminari to ensure they are only accessible by authorized user.
A vulnerability has been identified in Energy Services (All versions with G5DFR). Affected solutions using G5DFR contain default credentials. This could allow an attacker to gain control of G5DFR component and tamper with outputs from the device.
NVIDIA Installer for NvAPP for Windows contains a vulnerability in the FrameviewSDK installation process, where an attacker with local unprivileged access could modify files in the Frameview SDK directory. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to escalation of privileges.
| The WatchGuard Terminal Services Agent on Windows does not properly configure directory permissions when installed in a non-default directory. This could allow an authenticated local attacker to escalate to SYSTEM privileges on a vulnerable system.
This issue affects Terminal Services Agent: from 12.0 through 12.10. |
Incorrect default permissions for some Intel(R) Graphics Driver software installers may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
